I couldn't believe how affordable this hotel was for the amazing service and facilities it offered. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel valued and welcome. The rooms were recently upgraded and were close to a 4-star standard, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The location, although on a hill, offered stunning views of the marina and was in close proximity to the beach.

There was nothing that could have been improved, everything was just perfect.

I recently stayed at Hotel Thb Flora for 9 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel had a lovely walk-in shower and was impeccably clean. The superior room was definitely worth the upgrade. Taxis were cheap and easily accessible for getting around, and the hotel's location allowed for a nice walk downhill to the new town. The atmosphere at the hotel was relaxed and enjoyable.

I do recommend this hotel.

Location is hilly but quiet, with green surroundings. Spacious and clean rooms, well-maintained property. Friendly staff. Breakfast is continental, but local restaurants serve better options. a great and affordable stay, would return again.

The hotel is located in a great area, very close to the beach and in Old Town. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony and sitting room. The staff is friendly and always smiling, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a good selection, with piping hot food and plenty of choices. The pool is large and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing dip. the location, room, service, and breakfast are top-notch.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the rooms, as basic cleaning supplies were not provided, such as a tea towel to dry dishes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly hardworking and friendly, keeping everything to such a high standard. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a lovely pool area. The location in an area above the harbor was ideal, as it provided a quiet atmosphere while still being within walking distance of great restaurants. Additionally, it was very close to the airport, which was convenient for traveling.

I had a fantastic time at Thb Flora in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment was spacious and immaculate, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The pool was just a short walk away and provided a refreshing escape from the sun. The location was perfect, with the old town and new town within easy reach. The only downside was the slight hill leading up to the apartment, but it wasn't a major issue. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday experience.

The location above the harbour offers a fantastic view of the pool and sea from room 225. It's also within walking distance to both the new and old town, but there are affordable taxi options available. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, although it can get busy around 9am. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. Additionally, the hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness, with spotless rooms and pool area.

the rooms were always clean, and the AC was great. the staff were extremely helpful, taking care of any request I had. the hotel's location was also ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the old town and 15 minutes to the strip. the only downside was the hilly terrain on the way back, but taxis were readily available and affordable, costing less than 4€. I had a great experience at Thb Flora.

the property, Thb Flora, was incredibly well-maintained and the staff were friendly. the baby pool was perfect for my young children and they enjoyed playing in their depth. the grounds and landscaping were beautiful, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel. the hotel was conveniently located close to the old town, making it easy to explore. One of the highlights was the tunnel under the road that connected the different facilities and resorts.

Fantastic pools and friendly staff. the hotel has two great pool areas with lots of sun loungers available. the staff is very welcoming, always smiling and willing to help.

Noisy and basic kitchen facilities. Unfortunately, the walls are not very sound proof and the traffic noise can be bothersome during the night.
