The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center with easy access to Pub Street and the Old Market. Mini marts and ATMs were also nearby. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. The room was spacious and clean with excellent housekeeping. The breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed spending our afternoons there, taking a dip and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. During our Christmas vacation, we appreciated the efforts of the staff to provide us with complimentary drinks during the festive season. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from popular tourist areas, and the room was spacious. we enjoyed the breakfast offered which was included in the package.

Our stay was not as pleasant as expected. the level of cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and the bed linens were not changed regularly.

I had a fantastic stay here. The location was just perfect, close to the nightlife and it was really easy to get here by shuttle. The friendly and attentive service by all the staff was the highlight of my stay, plus they handled all my requests efficiently. I really appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process.
