We stayed in a comfortable and spacious suite in the heart of the city, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the river and in a quiet neighborhood. We were impressed with the range of amenities provided, including room service, laundry and airport shuttle. The staff were friendly and responsive to our requests, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Fridge, room service, buffet breakfast, and free coffee/tea/water in room. Gracious, somewhat aloof staff.

The location is quiet yet convenient, with easy access to GrabTukTuk for exploring the city. The comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep and the decent breakfast provides a satisfying start to the day. The hotel also offers a complementary entry to their sister hotel, where guests can enjoy the swimming pool and rooftop bar. The helpful staff goes above and beyond, assisting with lost luggage and making dinner reservations at amazing restaurants.

Great complementary breakfast and cocktail hour, as well as friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located near all the main attractions and good bars and restaurants. Room was clean and tidy, and had nice views.

The gym and pool were smaller than expected, and the towels and linens were a bit worn.

My recent stay at Palace Gate Hotel & Residence was fantastic. The spacious and beautiful lobby immediately impressed me upon arrival. The hotel's location was ideal, making it easy for me to visit the main sites in the city. The hotel even arranged a transfer for me to Vietnam, which was greatly appreciated. I also took advantage of their complementary entry to the sister hotel, Palace Gate Resort, where I enjoyed their swimming pool and rooftop bar. The day tours using their tuk tuks were also a highlight, especially with the excellent service provided by Mr. Sun and Mr. Kosal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect, with a nice view of the city center and the royal palace grounds. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the small indoor swimming pool that I could always occupy. The breakfast provided was of good quality, and the staff were very helpful and polite.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to the riverside and neighboring streets with plenty of restaurants. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large kitchen that would be ideal for longer stays. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Despite the indoor pool being a bit too hot and stuffy, the gym and other facilities were excellent. everything was fine.

The breakfast options were limited and the service from the staff could have been better.

Stayed at a "home away from home" 10-story building with access to pool, fitness center, and business center. Enjoyed indulging in head-to-toe pampering with luxurious spa treatments. Such a unique and exceptional staycation. Especially loved the "complimentary" glass of red wine with the cube roll, what a treat!

The breakfast lacked continental options. What a shame!
