Close to beach, nice pool and pool bar. Great breakfast with tasty bacon. Helpful staff and daily room cleaning. Spacious rooms and vegan dish option. Good location with nearby cafes and easy parking. Suitable for young kids with mini beach and close to NAI Harn beach.

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort! The location was perfect for me as there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, such as Wan's for coffee and Gigs, Paradise Beach Bar, and Baan Rimlay for dinner. I was also interested in exploring the surrounding Rawai area, and the hotel provided a free shuttle service to Yanui Beach and Na Hairn Beach. The room was spacious and spotless, with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with any issues. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The pool was enormous and a fantastic place to relax. I had a wonderful experience.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious resort. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always checking to make sure we were enjoying our time. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool, complete with a swim-up bar. It felt like we had the entire pool to ourselves! The family rooms were spacious and clean, with a sliding door that separated the main room for added privacy. Plus, the hotel provided all the necessary amenities like a microwave and coffee facilities in the room. We were also impressed with the buffet breakfast, even though it had a limited selection of western options. we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing pools with swim-up bar, large family rooms with sliding door, clean room with provided towels, standard breakfast options. Great location near restaurants and bars, free shuttle to beautiful beaches. Helpful and friendly staff.

The pool was a highlight, very big and great for swimming. We enjoyed ordering drinks from the swim-up bar and lounging on the sunbeds. the staff were kind and helpful, easily arranging transportation for us to explore the nearby attractions. the breakfast had a good selection, including pre-made omelets and French toast.

The rooms showed some wear and tear, with stained bathrooms and old furniture. the noise from the street and nearby bar made it difficult to sleep at times.

rawai is always a great place to stay, but palm beach resort - sha extra plus made it even better. huge comfy beds, daily room cleaning, friendly staff, and a nice pool. close to the beach, restaurants, and boat rides. can't recommend it enough.

I recently stayed at the Rawai Palm Beach Resort - Sha Extra Plus for a few days. The pool was fantastic - clean, neat, and provided a healthy and safe environment. The room was spacious and well-laid out, although a microwave would have been a nice addition for longer stays. The made-to-order breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of side dishes, fruits, salads, and beverages. The staff was extremely attentive and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was great, with impressive outside areas and remarkably quiet rooms. it was a great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Despite being an amazing hotel, with all its positive aspects, I would be happy to recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
