Additional charges for parking were not clearly communicated in advance. Breakfast options were limited for some guests, causing inconvenience and confusion.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, both for its parking garage and proximity to attractions. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable with nice decor and great bedding. The staff provides excellent service and the late checkout is very helpful.

I always return for the trip. First visit, staff helped print boarding pass. They have it all: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, lounge, fitness center, laundry. No pets or smoking. Perfect fit for me.

Our stay at Courtyard was excellent! Despite the water being turned off at midnight, the hotel was accommodating. They notified us beforehand and provided an option to stay or find another place to stay. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The downtown location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
