The location is fantastic, with easy access to the airport and nearby train stations. We enjoyed exploring local restaurants and a nearby temple, adding a cultural touch to our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the complimentary shuttle service was a huge convenience before our early flight.

The hotel appeared a bit dated, though it didn’t detract much from our experience.

The decor could use a serious update!!! A traditional bathroom setup isn't everyone's favorite!!! A bit more heating control in rooms would elevate comfort levels!!!

This place is super lekker for a quick stop before heading out! The bus service to the airport is a total lifesaver. I even had time to stroll down to the local shops and grab some street food – man, that was a jol! Staff were so friendly, really made me feel at home.

Room was a bit small for my liking, definitely tight with my bags.

The Narita U-City Hotel's close proximity to the JR Station made my arrival smooth, and I loved how friendly the staff were. The breakfast was a delightful mix, offering both Japanese and Western options. I also appreciated the timely shuttle service to the airport, which was perfect for my morning flight.

However, the room had a bit of an aged feel and the decor could definitely use an update. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room much, so I had to open the window for a breeze. Also, if you're carrying heavy luggage, the walk from the station might feel a bit tiring.

Staying with 20 family members was a blast! The place is close to great spots, like the Makata Shrine, and we appreciated the spacious lobby which added a unique charm. Breakfast was a highlight, with an amazing English spread.

My wife says that a more frequent shuttle would help families.

I had a 15-hour overnight layover and needed a place to rest. The shuttle service was timely, getting me to the hotel quickly. I enjoyed a stroll around the area, discovering local shops and restaurants. The room itself had three twin beds, which suited us well. It was warm, but I opened a window for fresh air. The breakfast was satisfying and I appreciated the clean facilities. Overall, it was a convenient stay for my travel needs.

The hotel is super close to the JR Narita Station, making it easy to catch trains to Tokyo. Plus, I loved that the breakfast was a nice mix of Western and Japanese dishes!
