The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of hot and cold food. the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the gym was well equipped and spacious. Plus, the hotel had a large car park which was convenient.

There was no coffee making facility in the room, which was inconvenient. the pool area was not the best and could use some improvement.

The staff at Sercotel Sorolla Palace were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. One particular staff member, Luca, even fixed my broken shoe for me. The breakfast at the hotel was varied and plentiful. The location of the hotel was convenient, with bus stops nearby that provided easy access to the city center. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a mini bar, and a safe. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The ambiance was simple yet elegant, and the location provided a nice view of the palace congress and fountain. The neighborhood had everything we needed, including a pharmacy and restaurants. The complete and delicious breakfast was a highlight, as was the indoor pool where we could swim even in the spring season. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, fulfilling our requests for a bath tub and amenities for our baby. The reception staff went above and beyond by drying a wet skirt for us and assisting with ticket issues. The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and convenient location near local buses and metro stations were also impressive.

We loved the location of this luxury hotel, set in a quiet area within easy reach of the city center using the tram lines nearby. The room service and dry cleaning service were top-notch, ensuring that our accommodations were always tidy and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from the bell staff/porter to the housekeeping and front desk. We loved that this venue offered a variety of amenities, such as bike hire and tours/ticket assistance, as well as an array of in-room amenities like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safe.

We had a great stay at a hotel near the Congress Palace and Casino. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with ample storage and a mini fridge. The bathroom was impressive, with separate music options. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with traditional Spanish options and a variety of choices. The swimming pool on the first floor was covered and had warm water, and we enjoyed relaxing there. The hotel also had a gym and outdoor seating area. It was conveniently located, only a short taxi ride from the airport.
