had a wonderful, long-term stay in siem reap at a centrally located hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and easy access to major sights. koulen exceeded expectations and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Siem Reap, within walking distance of the night market. The location was perfect as it was close to the shopping mall and just far enough away from the touristy Pub Street. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a special mention to Thida who made us feel extremely welcome. The breakfast had a good selection and the pool was clean and inviting.

We did notice a lack of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, with some lamps and shelves in need of dusting.

The staff at the hotel were fantastic, always polite and helpful, making our stay a pleasure. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bed. The bathroom had a powerful shower. The hotel organized trips for us, all of which went perfectly.

The location is amazing with a nearby shopping mall for food and essentials. The service staff goes above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. The large suite with a living area and kitchen is perfect for our needs. Special thanks to Somney, our driver, for his great suggestions on food and massage during temple tours.

Outstanding staff team and excellent Food & Drink service, a highly recommended hotel.

This hotel was exquisite! With luxurious amenities such as a beautiful indoor swimming pool, steam room, and spa centre, my every need was fulfilled! the staff was attentive and accommodating, providing top-notch service. the restaurant served delicious cuisine, and room service was always prompt. the location was ideal, with stunning views from the sun terrace. I especially enjoyed the live entertainment and leisure/TV room.

the staff quickly remedied the situation and provided me with extra towels upon request.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a huge three-bedroom apartment with a spacious living room. Although we didn't use the extra bedrooms, the staff assured us they were empty and locked. We were impressed by the kind and helpful driver that the hotel arranged for our visit to Angkor temples. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Celebrated New Year at a modern and well-located hotel. Enjoyed two complementary fact options. Centrally situated with easy access to places. Room was huge with a nice view. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Tried the cooking class, and it was very interesting.

During our recent stay at Koulen, we were amazed by the friendly and attentive staff. the hotel itself was clean, inviting, and luxurious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of our interconnecting suite, which was the largest our family of four has ever stayed in. the staff, particularly June and Lin, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with great recommendations for temples to visit and seamlessly arranging tuk tuk drivers for us. the hotel's location was also convenient, with a shopping center and minimart nearby. the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, and the pool provided a refreshing retreat from the summer heat.

The value for money at Koulen was excellent. The room was clean and new, with thoughtful touches like bedtime lighting. The location was convenient, close to malls and popular attractions. The staff, especially Ellie, were super friendly and always helpful.

The morning meal could use more variety.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel with a perfect location. Right across the street was the heritage walk mall, which had a great variety of restaurants and even an indoor playground for the kids. The hotel also had a pool that I enjoyed, and the breakfast was nice. The staff went above and beyond, even packing me a to-go breakfast when I had an early morning trip to the temples. Despite a small issue with noise in my room, I would definitely return to this hotel. I highly recommend it.
