Great traditional Japanese style rooms with fantastic style and appointments, although sleeping on floor takes some getting used to. Personalized service from friendly staff is top-notch. The shuttle bus is convenient and the private outside onsens provide a wonderful Japanese experience. The hot springs area is very clean and there is a complimentary drink bar in the lobby. a valuable and unique cultural experience.

La struttura si trova nel cuore del centro storico, vicino ad una delle spiagge più belle del Salento. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i confort, compresi materassi di eccezionale comfort e qualità. Inoltre, il bagno è pulito e il mercato del pesce nelle vicinanze offre prodotti freschissimi.

La pulizia della casa lasciava desiderare. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto comprarci prodotti per pulire e il pavimento era pieno di sabbietta.

As a couple seeking privacy, we had a wonderful time at this hotel. The private onsen in room 311 was a truly indulgent experience. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and the warm hospitality was outstanding. The 11-course dinner was amazing, with the Chief Chef surprising us at every meal. The private baths were beautifully decorated, and we particularly loved the golden hot spring. it was an unforgettable Japanese onsen experience and we can't wait to come back!

I loved my stay here! The service was exceptional and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a free shuttle service for guests and the private hot springs were incredibly relaxing. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the nearby mountains. I also appreciated the futon mattress and the option to have it made at a time of my choosing. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back.

the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They even arranged a shuttle bus for us to the airport. the onsen at the ryokan was fantastic, and we were able to book a private onsen for our family. the meals included were delicious, with both Japanese and Western options available. the wifi was fast and free, and there was even a free shuttle service to and from the hotel during our stay. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
