The hotel is located in an old neighborhood, which adds to its charm and authenticity. You can truly feel the traditional atmosphere of the area. Additionally, the organic gardens of the hacienda are a delight, providing a peaceful and serene environment.

The bathroom in our room had some faulty fixtures, which was a minor inconvenience.

Ancient building, lovely grounds, llamas, turkey, and rabbit in gardens. Horse stables and riding available. Large comfortable rooms with fireplaces, lit by staff. Expensive but pleasant restaurant.

The gardens were really pretty and well-maintained. the historic feel of the property was also nice and added to the experience. the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. the food was expensive and not very good.

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel in the mountains of Ecuador. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the northern highlands. The staff was incredibly helpful, organizing day trips and providing a driver to take me wherever I needed to go. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also had great amenities, including a sun terrace and garden area where I could relax and soak in the scenery. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
