During my Easter weekend, I had an enjoyable stay at a hotel that boasts exceptional customer service. The rooms were immaculate with all the necessary amenities in good working order. I appreciated the convenient location and bilingual environment which clearly demonstrated great diversity. Also, the staff was always available and ready to help with anything I needed. Lastly, I was thrilled with the fantastic welcome I received on arrival.

A few minor improvements could be made, such as the absence of a comprehensive food menu in the rooms and an overly extensive check-in process for online bookings. Also, the hallways were considerably hot and stuffy, which didn't make for a very fresh or appealing environment. But overall, I thought the experience here was great and would undoubtedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
