During our two-night stay at The Water Tower Inn, the staff impressed us with their excellent service, both at the reception desk and in the Pub and Casey's. We were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of the hotel, as there was no noise in the hallways, allowing us to easily fall asleep and stay asleep. The convenient location to the highway made our travel easier. Despite the warning about a hockey tournament causing increased noise and activity, we were pleasantly surprised that our top-floor room remained quiet, thanks to the attentive staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food served during our New Year's Eve dinner and New Year's Day breakfast. The hotel's outdoor hot tub and sauna added to our enjoyment, especially with the early opening hours that allowed us to avoid crowds.

Attentive cleaning and pool staff. a fantastic resort experience at a reasonable price.

The complementary hot chocolate and Christmas cookies were a nice touch for the holiday season. The hotel's proximity to the nearby mall and movie theatre made it convenient for last-minute shopping. The room had a great view of the city lights.

The walls were way too thin, and we could hear every sound coming from the adjacent room, which made it hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like they were made out of rocks.
