The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large indoor pool and an outdoor whirlpool that was perfect for unwinding. The rooms were spacious and clean. Couldn't find any faults at all.

During our two-night stay at The Water Tower Inn, the staff impressed us with their excellent service, both at the reception desk and in the Pub and Casey's. We were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of the hotel, as there was no noise in the hallways, allowing us to easily fall asleep and stay asleep. The convenient location to the highway made our travel easier. Despite the warning about a hockey tournament causing increased noise and activity, we were pleasantly surprised that our top-floor room remained quiet, thanks to the attentive staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food served during our New Year's Eve dinner and New Year's Day breakfast. The hotel's outdoor hot tub and sauna added to our enjoyment, especially with the early opening hours that allowed us to avoid crowds.

Exceptional service from Esther and Cicaly. Amazing pool area with outdoor hot tub. Pet-friendly room with treats for dogs. Good food and late-night dining option. Attentive cleaning and pool staff. a fantastic resort experience at a reasonable price.

Staff was amazing and helpful throughout the stay. Convenient boxed lunch option for Algoma Canyon train. Good at providing directions and train schedule. Usually everything is available.

The complementary hot chocolate and Christmas cookies were a nice touch for the holiday season. the hotel's proximity to the nearby mall and movie theatre made it convenient for last-minute shopping. the room had a great view of the city lights.

The walls were way too thin, and we could hear every sound coming from the adjacent room, which made it hard to sleep. the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like they were made out of rocks.

Plus, it's conveniently close to a shopping center, perfect for some back-to-school shopping. The hotel even offers easy access to the train station, making it a breeze for those arriving by rail. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff provides excellent service. In the morning, you can enjoy a great buffet breakfast or choose alternative options like grab-and-go from Starbucks.
