the walls are so thin, i could literally hear every single movement of guests next door, which is super annoying. the room cleanliness was a huge letdown, especially with spider webs all over, but i suppose who cares about that? , and where was my welcome gift? a little something for my trouble would’ve been nice.

the walk to the Vaporetto can feel long after a day of exploring. I appreciated the diversity of breakfast options and the rooftop terrace. The nearby Coop was a lifesaver for snacks, which helped keep our costs down during our stay.

I had a great experience at this hotel, located just across from the beach and a short walk from the vaporetto stop, which made exploring so easy. The gorgeous view from my room was truly a highlight, and being surrounded by local shops and restaurants meant I felt safe and welcomed while venturing out on my own. The rooftop terrace also provided a perfect spot to chill after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast selection was somewhat repetitive during my stay.

i almost had the perfect stay, but then the AC broke down and i was forced into a lower-ranking room. absolutely delightful. the wifi was just cruel, with zero signal in my room—what a joy! i expected at least a complimentary gift for my troubles, but of course that woudl ve been too much to ask. disappointing, to say the least.

The breakfast options were plentiful, featuring a delightful assortment of items like pastries, cold meats, and fresh fruit that really set us up for our day of exploring.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our original room did not work, which was a challenge given the heat. we were moved to a different room only after expressing our concerns.

Consider using the free public beach nearby, as it offers warm waters and sandy shores, making it a relaxing option without spending extra on private beaches.

Loved how close it was to the beach! The great sea view from my room was a perfect way to wake up. Breakfast had a good variety! On top of that, the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Don't forget to check out the rooftop with hot tub and loungers!

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including excellent wi-fi, air conditioning, and a bar/lounge area. The staff once helped me print my boarding pass, making my first stay memorable. Highly recommend renting bikes for a fun explore! I'm coming back for Xmas.

We had a chill stay with a cozy room that had a cute balcony overlooking the sea. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to unwind! Only issue was the breakfast—it could use more variety, and we noticed some items ran out. Also, service felt a bit rushed at times. Other than that, it was just what we needed!

We had an awesome stay with a great breakfast selection that really filled us up for the day and comfy room that was just what we needed for a good night's sleep. The rooftop hot tub was a wonderful way to unwind after exploring, and the easy beach access made it a perfect spot to relax. Just a heads up, the fridge in the room was a bit on the small side, but it didn’t take away from our fun! 😊

Comfortable room, helpful staff, the location is great with quick access to a bus that takes you straight to the ferries for Venice.
