Nothing everything was great.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the old town. The staff were excellent in giving us tips on nearby activities and attractions. Our room had a unique charm with sloped ceilings and beautiful rafters. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the information center and the majestic castle. Compared to other hotels in the area, this place was a steal. The breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch.

The difficulty in unloading our suitcases, but we managed to get it done.

Our stay at Auberge Place D'Armes was absolutely delightful. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the middle of the charming Old City. We loved being able to explore the pedestrian-only side streets and easily walk to all the historic sites and tourist attractions. The room we stayed in, Room 31 on the 3rd floor attic, was small but exceptionally clean and comfortable. We appreciated the modern amenities like the multi-jet shower heads and the single-cup coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast at Chez Jules was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed starting our mornings there. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were excellent, always accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend Auberge Place D'Armes for a wonderful stay in Quebec City.

Beautiful historic boutique with unique, charming decor, superb cafe, warm inviting room with wonderful bed and linens, and great staff. Fantastic location within walking distance of many attractions and sites. Valet parking arrangement was friendly and convenient.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel during our recent trip. The location couldn't have been better, as it was close to everything. We loved the charming French brasserie that was just a short walk away, where we enjoyed delicious meals. The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was modern and clean, with an amazing shower. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet each morning was a great way to start our day. we were impressed with the facilities and the advantages of staying at this hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was located right in the heart of the old town with many great restaurants and shops around. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with tours and ticket assistance. The room was cozy and had all the amenities I could ask for like heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. The hotel restaurant and bar had a great selection of drinks and food. The staff at the reception desk even welcomed me with champagne!

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends who plan to visit here.

The value for the money at this hotel was excellent, with beautifully decorated rooms and the option to have a customized breakfast. The location was fantastic, right by Chateau Frontenac on a charming pedestrian-only side street, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's central location made it so convenient to explore the Christmas Market, Notre Dame Cathedral, and other shops. We can't wait to return to Auberge Place D'Armes for another wonderful stay. we highly recommend this cozy and centrally located hotel.

Had an enjoyable Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast included in the package and the cozy fireplace in the lobby were nice touches. The hotel's location right in the heart of the historic district made it easy to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The room was quite small and lacked storage space for our luggage. The shower in the bathroom was also cramped and difficult to move around in.

Got a lot for our money here - complimentary breakfast and a bottle of wine! The location was perfect for exploring the old city, just steps away from all the main sights. One of our favorite parts was the cozy interior design, very charming and unique.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities such as multi-jet shower heads and a single-cup coffee maker. The staff provided excellent service, always with a smile, and the attached restaurant offered a delicious complimentary breakfast. Plus, the hotel's central location allowed us to easily access the tourist info building for all our travel plans.

It was a bit noisy due to the historic walls.
