I recently stayed at the Best Western in Niagara-on-the-Lake for a two-night getaway. The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the lady at the front desk who answered all our questions to the house cleaning staff who made sure our room was spotless. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the coffee was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the room was modernized with a pleasant decor. The hotel's free parking and proximity to local restaurants and attractions made our stay convenient and enjoyable. I definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

The location was convenient, with restaurants and Tim Hortons across the road. The continental breakfast provided a variety of options. I would recommend this hotel for its value and quality.

The breakfast room attendant, Lidna, was pleasant, helpful, and kept everything clean. The housekeeping lady was also helpful and gifted us wine for Mom's 90th birthday. The front reception ladies were pleasant and one went beyond to ensure my Aunt received her Best Western points. Breakfast was convenient and the location was fantastic, allowing us to walk everywhere. The hotel had a beautiful architecture and clean and comfortable rooms. The wifi was easy to use and having access to the balcony was a bonus.

My stay at Best Western was fantastic. The room was fab, clean, and a good size. The location was amazing and much better than staying in Niagara Falls. The breakfast was great, especially for someone with gluten-free dietary needs. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had options for those with dietary needs. The location was convenient, with a reasonable walk into town or a short drive. The hotel provided a nice surprise for our anniversary celebration.

The walls seemed paper-thin, and we could hear every conversation and movement from the neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, especially during the busy holiday season.

I loved my stay! The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood not far from the historic town, so we could easily walk to the downtown area. Our room was very comfortable with all amenities and the fireplace was a nice touch. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of food and drinks.

We were thrilled with the outdoor balcony where we could admire the view and get some fresh air. , the friendly staff lent us an umbrella for our evening walk. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping area with stunning historic homes and gardens to look at.

The distance from the downtown area was a bit further than we thought, and we had to walk for around 35 minutes instead of the 15-20 minutes we had anticipated. Unfortunately, there was no elevator which was troublesome for our heavy luggage.

The breakfast options were limited, but they had coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean with new carpet and paint in the hallways. The hotel size was small and the staff were friendly. The continental breakfast was good and the shower had excellent pressure.

Convenient location near downtown, lake front, and wineries. Lovely outdoor porches with beautiful flower baskets. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ample parking and advance notice of no elevator. Quaint yet updated room design.
