The interior of the hotel was a pleasant surprise, with a nice lounge area and a full bar. the check, in process was quick and efficient, and we were even able to check in early. Our room was well, appointed and clean, with a comfortable king bed and plenty of amenities. the hotel had a great in, room dining service that offered reasonable prices and a good selection of food.

The exterior of the building was not very inviting, with peeling paint and an industrial look. the parking spaces were also quite tight, which made me nervous about getting door dings.

We also appreciated the in-room safe and the good value for the price.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. there was no bedside outlet available, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and they even provided me with extra toiletries that I had forgotten. The room itself was beautiful and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. The lobby was absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Plus, the free wifi in the room was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the Mall of America and the Minnesota Zoo. Highly recommended!
