We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the clean and well, designed rooms with nice views. the hotel facilities were modern, including a hydration station on our floor and the highly coveted Sonic, style bullet ice from the ice machine. the friendly and helpful staff, including Ms LaLa at the front desk and Kenneth at Ginger Roux, enhanced our experience. The location was convenient, within a 3, mile radius of the bustling French Quarters and various dining options. Cons: Loved everything.

I stayed at Canopy for a leisure trip for four nights. the location is ideal, close to the French Quarter with easy transportation options. the staff is professional, especially Dominique, who was incredibly helpful. Rooms are spotless, beds comfy, and the modern decor is refreshing. the bar has tasty options, and I appreciate the eco-friendly features like the cooling drawer and hydration stations instead of plastic bottles.

I keep coming back for the excellent service and warm staff. On my first stay, they helped return my forgotten headphones. the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a cozy bar and restaurant, a fitness center, and a business center. Perfect for my city breaks.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a block away from Canal Street and a short 8-minute walk to Bourbon Street. This made it convenient to explore the vibrant nightlife and dining options of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with key card access providing an added sense of security.

The valet parking was unorganized, causing delays and charging a high fee.

During our Xmas stay, we were impressed by the modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds that made us feel at home. the bartenders made amazing drinks and the food was delicious. the hotel's location was superb, being walking distance to major attractions and transportation.

Some aspects were not up to par. the bathroom layout was odd, and the refrigerator and AC in the room did not work well.
