Great location near English Bay & Stanley Park. Friendly staff who accommodated our request for an upgrade. Clean room, although the bathroom was a little small. Good access to bike lanes. Cute dog at reception.

Traveling with my partner for a weekend getaway, we chose to stay at Best Western Plus Sands. The location couldn't have been better, just across from the beach and a short walk to Stanley Park. The friendly and professional staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The well-maintained facilities and spacious, bright room with great amenities made our stay comfortable and convenient. With plenty of dining options nearby, we never had to venture far for a delicious meal.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was just a short walk to the beautiful beachfront and there were plenty of great restaurants in the area. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating. They made sure our room was clean and comfortable for our stay. Plus, there was a restaurant attached to the hotel that served delicious food and had excellent service. Another bonus was that there were bus stops right outside the hotel, which made it easy to explore the downtown area and Stanley Park.

One thing that I found a bit frustrating was the breakfast system. They gave us tickets upon check-in, but there was a bit of a wait for the breakfast to be prepared because it was made to order.

The location was brilliant, right on English Bay within easy walking distance to Stanley Park. Heaps of food choices around and a grocery store just down the road. Staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Comfiest bed, modern room, helpful staff, great location.

Ik heb genoten van mijn verblijf in dit hotel. Ten eerste is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding uitstekend. Je krijgt veel waar voor je geld, zeker in vergelijking met andere hotels in de omgeving. Gelukkig was de locatie ideaal, gelegen in een rustige omgeving in het centrum van de stad. Het personeel was natuurlijk erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat zorgde voor een aangename ervaring. Tot slot waren de kamers ruim en zeer schoon, en mijn kamer bevond zich weg van het verkeer, dus lekker rustig.

Er was echter één klein minpuntje. Het ontbijt was vrij eenvoudig en niet erg smaakvol.

This hotel is in a great spot within a few yards of the waterfront and right at the beach. We enjoyed the sea view from our upgraded balcony room. The comfortable beds made it easy to take in a live band playing in the bar directly below us and the Seattle coffee was a great touch. Breakfast was included and the food was fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Vancouver. The location is just perfect, right on the beach and close to all the main attractions. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. I also had the pleasure of working with the best team during my stay. Highly recommended!

I found the room a bit noisy at times and the temperature control was a little challenging. However, overall, my stay was great.
