This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect as it is in the middle of a very touristic area and on a pedestrian street. The staff were very nice and courteous, ready to help with any request or question. The amenities in the room were great, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. They also accommodated my request for holding my luggage which was a great help. The leisure facilities, including the jacuzzi and TV room, were top-notch.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The location couldn't have been more perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great, with plenty of options for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the free mini bar in our room, which was a nice touch.

That the front desk staff were not aware of some road closures in the area, which caused us to have a delay in our plans for the day. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were fantastic and really made us feel welcome. They even gave us complimentary wine and pastries! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the tourist attractions. the room was cozy and comfortable, with great amenities. We especially loved the free mini bar that was restocked daily.

That the water in the shower could have been hotter. But overall, it didn't affect our wonderful experience at the hotel.

This hotel is situated in the tourist centre of the city, on a pedestrian walkway, which means you are only a short distance from all of the main attractions. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities included, and the breakfast was great with even Mimosas included.

Transportation issues. Taxi didn't show up and the van arrived late and small, almost causing a missed flight.

Received a warm welcome and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a luxurious marble bathroom. Located in the heart of the city, it was easy to explore all the attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I'd recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Santa Justa. the staff were always friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the small touches like the welcome drink and complimentary bottle of red wine. the room was spacious for a city center hotel and the bathroom had a large rainshower. Despite being located on a busy street, the rooms were soundproof and we had a peaceful night's sleep. the location was perfect, with plenty of dining and transportation options nearby. the breakfast was delicious and we even received breakfast boxes when we had to leave early for our flight.

Perfect location, close to all the main attractions that you can easily discover on foot. the room was immaculate and spacious with lovely decor and a great shower. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottles of water in the mini bar and a thoughtful welcome package. Breakfast was outstanding with a great selection of fresh fruits, yogurts, cooked food, cheese and pastries.

We had a fantastic stay at Santa Justa, just minutes away from the beautiful Via Augusta street. the newly opened side of the hotel provided us with a stunning room. Each day, we received a letter from the manager along with delicious chocolates, creating a lovely atmosphere. the helpful and friendly team, especially Hugo, recommended great restaurants near the hotel. the location is perfect, close to all the must-see attractions in Lisbon, making it the best place to stay.

The value for money at Santa Justa was exceptional, especially with the upgrade to a Junior Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

For breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of hot food options.
