absoluteley disapointing! the noisy kids running through the hallways made it impossible to relax. I informed the staff, but it seemed they were too busy to even respond. a complimentary stay upgrade woudl ve been nice as compensation for all my trouble. sadly, I just couldn’t bring myself to give a better rating than this.

Pool was a total hit with the kids, they could have spent all day there! Got a good brekkie too—waffles, eggs, all the good stuff! Staff were super friendly and helpful, really felt like we were taken care of.

i had a great stay at best western plus! the swimming pool was a blast, and the breakfast spread was truly impressive. it was nice being close to red river park where i worked. the fitness center is really state-of-the-art, which was a nice surprise.

In my wife’s opinion, the pancake machine should always have dough ready for hungry kids. It seemed like a simple fix!

The room was spacious which was great for our family. We loved that the TV had Samsung channels and we could cast our phones on it. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness. Found some crumbs around the toilet and a few little toys left behind. The pool was definitely a highlight, especially with the slide! Breakfast was pretty decent too, but it would’ve been nice if the pancake machine worked. Not a bad stay, but could use some improvements.

The King Suite was spacious and clean, just what we needed for a cozy couple's getaway. The breakfast options were impressive and had a variety that kept things interesting every morning. Quite the find, I'd say!

But I did catch the breakfast staff on a break while waffle batter disappeared like magic—poof! Plus, no sugar-free options for us diabetics, which was a bit of a bummer.
