From the mind-blowing frescoes on the ceilings to the super comfortable beds, Hotel Principessa Isabella has it all. The staff, except for one receptionist, were jaw-droppingly kind and accommodating. The cleaning and catering ladies were professional, and the young guy at the reception was super friendly. The breakfast choices were abundant and the decor was lovely. The hotel's location was perfect, with the Vatican and a little food shop just around the corner. I can't wait to return to Rome in the future and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. I was very pleased with my stay.

The Wi-fi was amazing, the staff were very nice and polite, and the room was exceptional. I loved the daily cleaning service and the fresh towels provided. the breakfast had plenty of choices and everything was delicious. the hotel is well decorated and gives you a true sense of being in Italy. It is also conveniently located near tourist attractions and public transportation.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to some of the most famous attractions in Rome, including Vatican City and the Olympic Stadium. The hotel's proximity to special attractions for children, such as the Bioparco and the Zoological Museum of Rome, made exploring with the kids a breeze. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having a larger variety of children's activities.

Beautiful lobby

Although my stay was mostly enjoyable, there was one incident that slightly impacted my overall experience. Unfortunately, my fiancé suffered a foot injury due to a sharp corner in the shower.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to must-see places in the city. It was reasonably priced, making it a good value for money. Additionally, the staff at the hotel, especially the concierge, was friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist and provide helpful information about the city and its attractions.

The room was a bit small, which could be a drawback for those looking for more space. Additionally, there were some noise issues, as we were placed next to the elevator and could hear cleaning noises early in the morning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with the beautiful Borguese park just a short walk away. We loved strolling along the boulevard lined with enchanting lighted trees at night. The hotel was also conveniently situated within walking distance of many city highlights, making it easy for us to explore. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the park. The bathroom was clean and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. We were also impressed with the breakfast buffet, which offered a good selection of food. this hotel provided us with a wonderful experience during our stay in Rome.

It would have been better if the soundproofing in the hotel was improved as we could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms or from the street outside.
