This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities we were looking for, including a full kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location is also convenient, as it is close to downtown Canmore and only a short drive from Banff National Park. We were thrilled that our room faced the three sister mountains, as we had specifically requested that. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The only downside was the noise from the nearby highway. Though it wasn't too bothersome inside the room, it became quite loud when we were sitting on the patio trying to enjoy the mountain views.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet, allowing for a great night's rest. the kitchen was well equipped and the maids were helpful in replacing anything we needed. the outdoor pool and hot tub area was enjoyable for the kids. the location was convenient and not far from town.

The BBQs were unreliable and the tap water took a while to run warm, resulting in some wasted water.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter getaway. We were able to enjoy the beautiful mountain views and the convenience of being close to restaurants and coffee shops. the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were a major plus, even in the rain. And having a full kitchen in our room made it easy for us to cook our own meals.

One drawback was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear people in the neighboring rooms. However, they were not too loud or obnoxious, so it wasn't a major issue for us.

We were delighted with the upgrades received during our stay, and the location was perfect for our hiking plans. The private parking was also a plus. we recommend this hotel.

We also appreciated the convenient location, being close to the mountains and attractions we were visiting, as well as restaurants in the nearby area.

The staff sent my mom a bottle of champagne and chocolates for her birthday. The facilities were comfortable, clean, and cozy. Toiletries were replaced daily.

This meant we could easily access all the restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. That the cleanliness of our room was not up to par. There were some chip crumbs on the floor, which could have easily been vacuumed.
