The staff went above and beyond, making our stay amazing. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The guest guide book and available hot beverages were a nice touch.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money. Not only was the price affordable, but the attention to detail was also impressive. Our room had a nice view and felt cozy, just like being at home. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful, with a wonderful view through the window. We also appreciated the convenience of being picked up at the nearby Mount Royal Hotel, which was just a short walk away.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center with its shops and restaurants. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. We loved the homemade cookies in the afternoon and the delicious croissants and muffins for breakfast.

The facilities were a bit outdated, with small and compact rooms and bathrooms. the noise from the town center could be bothersome if you left the windows open.

This hotel is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Banff centre. It's right in the centre of the action, yet tucked away on a calm street, so you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms are in amazing condition, and we were pleasantly surprised to find complementary champagne in our 2 double bedroom with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked croissants and homemade cakes served as a snack.

The only downside was the noise from outside, which disturbed our sleep.

I recently stayed at Three Peaks for a few nights and I couldn't have been happier. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, especially during the heatwave. The old house itself was beautifully decorated and had a charming ambiance. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of baked goods and a choice of cereals, beverages, and even banana bread. The location was perfect, just two blocks from the main street and close to public transportation. it was a warm and comfortable experience with excellent service.
