Jinna, you won't believe how clean the place was, proper lekker with cool breezes even on those hot days! The brekkie was vibey with good options—kept us fueled for the market runs, ja. Staff were really friendly, especially when they helped us sort out the local vibes and directions, felt like having a chommie at reception!

Only downside was the noise from outside, bit of a lekker wake-up call now and then, but nothing too crazy.

We were blown away by the kindness of the staff! especially Mehmet and Osman, they made us feel really welcome and took care of all our needs on our trip. The location was perfect, we walked to all the attractions we wanted, like the Bazaar and the Blue Mosque.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the value was quite acceptable.

The bathroom situation was quite awkward and uncomfortable, especially sharing the frosted glass walls with my family. I felt completely exposed and had to request a sheet just to cover it up for some privacy. Additionally, the TV in our room was out of service for three days, which was incredibly frustrating as we were missing games we wanted to watch. To top it off, the receptionist was not very pleasant during check-in, trying to pressure us into overpriced tours.

Sadly, the noise levels were unbearable during my stay. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway, which made it hard to relax. The air conditioning in my room was not functional, leaving me to sweat through the night. I had high hopes for a restful trip but ended up feeling more drained than when I arrived.

The front office staff provided exceptional support, particularly in resolving issues promptly, which made a significant difference during our stay. Breakfast was outstanding with a variety of options, including delectable side dishes, and the rooms were maintained impeccably clean, enhancing our comfort. However, the bathrooms featured obscure glass doors that lacked privacy, and the small room size was a bit unexpected given the location. Additionally, the wait for airport pickup was frustrating, taking longer than anticipated, which raised concerns about missing our flight.

The room was super clean and cozy, with a fantastic location near tram stations. Plus, they helped us map out a perfect itinerary!

the location is excellent for exploring key sites like the grand bazaar, blue mosque, and topkapi palace. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. breakfast was quite decent with some vegetarian options to choose from. we especially appreciated the quick room service.
