My Christmas getaway was exceptional! the staff were so helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time. What's more, the complimentary breakfast and dinner were top-notch! the hotel's location was just perfect, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. And to complete my amazing stay, I was showered with wonderful surprises that made me feel at home.

The room size was smaller than I expected, and the furniture looked quite old. the hotel could provide additional room amenities including a pressing service and not just an ironing board.

This place is in a great location; it is within walking distance to many of the main attractions in the area, and if you don't feel like walking, there is always the option of taking a tram or metro. The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. Additionally, the staff, especially Oydin the receptionist, were really helpful and kind. I found the spa & wellness centre to be a nice touch, and the bar/lounge area was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

You can also walk to the famous Grand Bazaar, where you can find a variety of shops and local treasures. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily cleaning and maintenance. I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Istanbul for 10 days with my family. The hotel staff, especially Serdem, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the metro station, Grand Bazaar, and Sultanahmet. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The showers and bathing facilities were excellent and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of choices. The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and even had a Starbucks on site, which was a great bonus. The hotel staff, including Mohammed, provided excellent customer service and gave us helpful advice on attractions and navigating the city. we had an excellent stay and I would strongly recommend this hotel.
