The hotel's location in a business area was convenient, as it was right across the street from a shopping plaza. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that everything was kept topped up and accommodating any requests we had. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the two beds, were comfortable and met our needs perfectly.

I had an exceptional stay at the Cambridge Hotel And Conference Centre! The staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. They upgraded my room to a spacious executive suite when the original room wasn't available. It was clean and recently renovated. To top it off, they surprised me with a special birthday treat for my husband. The food at Bruce restaurant was of great quality, and the conference amenities were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to see the further renovations!

The location of the hotel was excellent and it offered good value for the type of room we received. The room itself was very clean, which is always important to us as guests. The housekeeper went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing fresh bedding and being pleasant to deal with. The hotel also had beautiful artwork done by the staff, adding a unique touch to the rooms.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, with a bright and modern look. the desk space and counter space for coffee and fridge were convenient. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, ensuring a good stay. the hotel was also very quiet, despite the presence of weddings.

Some guests were given the wrong type of rooms, causing inconvenience. the quality of the food served at the hotel's restaurant and at the wedding was subpar, with limp vegetables, cold and lumpy potatoes, and undercooked beef.

The manager, Zach, is friendly and knowledgeable. Great location and clean rooms. Dog-friendly with spacious beds. Good climate control and amenities.

Loved the complementary breakfast with good food, friendly staff and hot coffee. the fitness room was a surprise with decent equipment despite its lack of order. the location was great for my work in the area.

The room was not soundproofed enough which made for a restless night. There was also an ice maker that was too loud for comfort.
