The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being well kept and spacious. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly, giving me step-by-step directions when my GPS wasn't working. The location was perfect, right next to downtown and within walking distance to the Old Town, Gay Village, China Town, and the Eaton Centre. Additionally, there was a mall with a food court nearby, which was convenient for my group of four people.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Chinatown and St. Catherine's street making it easy to get around. The Candlewood cupboard store is a plus for any last minute shopping you may need.

The air conditioning was a definite plus. The staff, particularly Daniel at the reception, was helpful and friendly. it was a fantastic value for a suite with all the amenities.
