The value for money was excellent, and the room was exceptional, especially with the free upgrade. The location was perfect, right next to the train station, making it very convenient. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the Art Deco design of the public rooms is stunning, and the spacious bedrooms were perfect for our needs. the location, right next to the Perrache Station, made getting around Lyon a breeze. With the Lyon City card, which we purchased, we had free access to the entire transport system and most of the museums. the hotel's breakfasts were excellent, and the concierge recommended two outstanding restaurants for us to try. the staff was also fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Lyon Centre Chateau Perrache. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, making me feel right at home. The beautiful building and decor added to the overall charm of the hotel. And the delicious breakfast was the perfect way to start each day.

During our city trip, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were happy to receive complimentary amenities, such as toiletries and free Wi-Fi. the hotel boasted a prime location, being situated near a variety of restaurants and shops. What we enjoyed most was the comfortable beds that provided a restful night's sleep.

Reception did not seem to take the matter seriously. we did not appreciate paper cups provided for drinking and had to request mugs at the bar.

The amenities like the in-room safe and mini-bar were a nice touch. We appreciated the free toiletries and the television with am/fm alarm clock. The dining options were great, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar. The staff even provided special diet menus. we had a wonderful experience here!

The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. the hotel provides great facilities such as a fridge in the room and a lovely lobby area.

The bathroom in the hotel is a bit pokey, with a shower appliance fitted at waist level, requiring manual holding for a shower.

The staff at Mercure were incredibly friendly and professional. They made sure that my room was clean and neat during my stay. I also loved the Nuxe cosmetic products provided by the hotel. I had a great experience and would recommend staying here.
