I got great value for my money at Coast! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sunrise view from the balcony. The location was perfect, with plenty of tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though it was a busy time in the city.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more variety of options.

The room was exceptionally clean with a fantastic view. The friendly chamber maid, Pam, was welcoming and offered assistance if needed. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to the harbor and provided breathtaking views of the city and passing ferries and sea planes. The on-site restaurant had a great atmosphere and helpful staff.

Felt like home, didn't find any reason to complain.

I recently stayed at Coast in Nanaimo for a weekend getaway. The service from the staff was top-notch, from reception to the restaurant and room cleaning staff. The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful harbor with stunning views and connected parking. Just across the road from the hotel, there is a lovely promenade with small stores, restaurants, parks, and aquatic rentals. The bustling harbor provides a lively and entertaining atmosphere, perfect for sitting back and enjoying the show. Additionally, the hotel is situated near a small mall and numerous restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Vancouver Island.

I recently stayed at Coast Hotel in Nanaimo for a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even upgraded us to a stunning sea-view room on the 10th floor. The restaurant staff provided excellent service during our large group dinner. The room itself was spacious and had a great location with a balcony offering amazing views. The receptionist quickly resolved a mix-up with our room, displaying friendly and helpful demeanor. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious.

The rooms were incredibly clean and well-designed, with a bathroom that was both inviting and equipped with plenty of USB ports. the location near the docks was perfect for finding delicious food and exploring unique shops. the breathtaking view from the balcony rooms was truly spectacular, allowing us to see for miles and take in the beautiful surroundings.

While the rooms themselves were spacious and clean, there was an initial musty smell upon arrival, possibly due to the carpet cleaning. However, this was easily remedied by simply opening the Juliet balcony door for a while.

Great location! It was really convenient to be close to the waterfront and city centre. Plus, there was parking available for over height vehicles nearby, which was a huge bonus. the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We had a lovely meal at the hotel restaurant and the service from Thomas was exceptional. One more thing we loved was the view of the water from our room, it was absolutely stunning!

The $20 per day dog fee. It would have been nicer if there was just one flat fee for the entire stay, especially since we opted out of housekeeping during our 3-night stay.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right near shops and bars. I loved the modern and clean feel of the hotel. I was impressed with the big toiletries in the bathroom. Although the breakfast was ordinary, I appreciated the fridges in the room for my own use. Additionally, the staff was helpful and enthusiastic. The lobby coffee was a great touch! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
