Stayed here for a business trip and loved the breathtaking mountain views and spacious rooms. the on-site restaurant and bar were excellent, with a reasonably priced menu and delicious food. the spa facilities were incredible, especially the outdoor hot tub. Bonus points for the convenient location, just a short drive to downtown.

The hotel could improve its eco-friendly efforts. Despite claiming to be a green hotel, there were unnecessary plastic packaging for amenities like shampoo and body wash.

Lovely mountain view room, spacious and clean with a balcony and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Impressed with the well-behaved black lab in the lobby. Although there was a shared hot tub, it was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Carrie at check-out. a great place to stay.

I loved the location of this place, it was on the quiet outskirts with stunning views of the forest and valley below. The room service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the staff were happy to upgrade my room to a bigger bed size. The spa services were fantastic, with a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. I was also impressed by the on-site fitness centre and billiard tables, and the staff were always happy to help with any request.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with all the amenities.

We stopped at Coast Hillcrest Hotel to break up our road trip and wished we could have stayed longer. The comfortable room had everything we needed, and the restaurant downstairs served delicious food. We loved relaxing by the fire and the spa and steam room looked inviting. The staff was attentive and even helped me retrieve my Kindle that I left behind. a great stay!

Great views from the hotel, especially from the higher floors overlooking the mountains. the rooms are well designed and spacious, with thoughtful attention to detail like power sockets in convenient locations. the staff were friendly and efficient, handling any issues promptly and making us feel welcome. the restaurant offered tasty and well-cooked food, with the option to eat in the main restaurant or on the patio.

During our stay at Coast Hillcrest Hotel, we were blown away by the stunning views. We also appreciated the consistency of the hotel, as we had been staying here for many years and have always been completely satisfied. The meals, particularly the Bacon Orchard Burger, were outstanding. We were also impressed by the spacious and comfortable accommodations, with large beds and practical amenities. we highly recommend Coast Hillcrest Hotel for any type of trip, be it a group gathering, a romantic getaway, or a business event.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The dinner service and meal were the best of our entire trip. The chef and staff deserve kudos for their excellent work. The room we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, especially with the spa tub. The little rubber duckies in the room were a nice touch. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the beds and pillows made it hard to get out of bed. the amenities were a highlight, with two hot tubs, including one outdoors, and a pool table in the main lobby. the food at the restaurant was awesome, especially the breakfast, which I highly recommend.

The location is a bit remote, making it difficult to get back into town. However, there is a shuttle bus that runs regularly which helps.

We had a not-so-friendly receptionist when we arrived and some of the amenities felt excessive. For example, the mini shampoo bottles and plastic cups felt unnecessary and not very eco-friendly.
