As someone who loves to stay in the heart of the entertainment district, I found this place to be perfect for me. Despite the many homeless people sleeping on the streets, I still felt very safe and secure here. The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, and always went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They even gave me a welcome drink! I was impressed by the array of amenities provided, including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. The cleanliness of my room was also impressive, with plenty of free toiletries and air conditioning to keep me comfortable.

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the downtown area. Despite its proximity to a night club and busy Granville street, there was no noise to disturb our sleep. The housekeeping service was excellent and the breakfast was good. The hotel rooms were comfortable, with comfy beds and pillows and newer amenities.

The hotel room we stayed in had a cracked bathroom window.

Stayed at Hotel Belmont Mgallery in a corner king room and loved it. The bathroom was really nice with a great shower. The staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. We appreciated the accommodating late check-out. The location was great, with easy access to bus lines and lots of hip restaurants nearby. Also, the beds were extremely comfortable and the decor had an edgy but modern vibe.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a big smile. The hotel is in a great location, right in the downtown of this city, making it convenient for exploring. We were able to walk to everything, and there was even a nearby pub where the staff recommended eating. The hotel facilities were modern and chic, and it was evident that they had recently been renovated. Our room was large and clean, with a comfortable lounge area. The shower was fantastic, with hot water and great water pressure. We also loved the fact that the room had a tablet device with useful information about local restaurants and activities, as well as a Chromecast for TV entertainment. the staff, location, and hotel facilities made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel is located at a not so good neighborhood, on the cusp of a seedier part of town, which took a bit of getting used to. However, the rooms were very clean and smelled great. The bed was fairly comfortable and the toiletries provided were lovely. The reception and porter were super friendly and helpful. They offered free wifi and had computers available for guests to use. The breakfast served downstairs was yummy.

The bar downstairs was extremely loud and the music could be heard pounding in the rooms.

This hotel is worth a stay as it is centrally located in a lively entertainment district. The rooms are clean, comfortable with basic amenities and large double beds. The coffee machine in the room is a plus and the breakfast offers multiple options with perfectly cooked bacon.

The rooms and bathrooms were tastefully decorated, and we particularly enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night, which allowed for a peaceful rest. In addition, the handling of a fire alarm incident was handled efficiently, with prompt arrival of the fire brigade and calmness exhibited by the staff.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet and stylishly furnished. The breakfast had good quality options and they accommodated my request for plain yogurt. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and the airport. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. I loved being able to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant entertainment district in the evenings. Plus, there were many bus lines right on the street, making it easy to get around. The staff were top-notch, providing excellent service and always being helpful. From giving recommendations to helping with public transport, they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like they truly cared about their guests.

Comfy bed and good coffee machine. Fairly central location with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers a % off all other charges at the restaurant/bar, which was a nice bonus.

The biggest issue was the noise from the club located below the hotel. The music was blaring between 10PM and 3:30AM, making it impossible to sleep.

There were a couple of nice extras included in the stay, like complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The location was great, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and stores. The best part was the rooftop pool, which was a fun spot to relax and enjoy the city views.

The room left a lot to be desired. The carpet was stained and didn't seem very clean.
