The bed and pillows at Courtyard By Marriott were incredibly comfortable. The staff quickly resolved any issues I had, like an air conditioner problem and an incorrect charge. The bus excursion driver was friendly and knowledgeable, making the trip enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

They upgraded our room to a beautiful and spacious one, making our weekend away truly special. Stayed at Courtyard for a few days while visiting the falls. Clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds, great location, and a beautiful view of the skylines. The front desk was wonderful, answering all our questions and addressing concerns about sharing the floor with a hockey team. The room was larger than most hotels I've stayed at, with an extremely comfortable bed, a very nice shower, and a great view.

We recently stayed at Courtyard in Niagara Falls for a weekend getaway. Within walking distance to the falls and nearby entertainment, the location was perfect. The hotel staff went above and beyond, upgrading us to a spacious Jacuzzi King Room without even asking. The room was well-maintained and we felt well cared for. The friendly receptionist and professional staff made our stay memorable. Additionally, having a Keg and Starbucks nearby was a convenient bonus.

We had a great stay at this hotel with a perfect location near Clifton Hill and Skylon Tower. The staff were superb and gladly accommodated our request for a microwave oven. The parking is a bit pricey, but they allowed us to stay until 5pm on the day of checkout. The best part was the amazing view from our room, overlooking Skylon Tower and the Skywheel. We also booked early and got a good price for 2 nights.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious, perfect for our family with children. We also enjoyed the nice city view from our room. The heating and cooling system worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The hotel's excellent room service, indicated by a card, was a convenient feature. The large parking area with CCTV supervision made parking hassle-free. Plus, the hotel's location within walking distance to downtown was a huge plus.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was centrally located, close to all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit. We were able to walk to everything easily. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and were always available to answer any questions we had.

We did experience some noise from construction outside our room early in the morning, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, the check-in process took longer than expected, with a long line and slow service.

We also loved using the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and sun loungers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a microwave and tea and coffee facilities. we highly recommend this place!
