The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was noticeable and appreciated. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay more enjoyable.

One of the negatives was the pool, which is shared with another hotel. During our visit, a large group of unsupervised teenagers took over the pool, making it loud and disruptive for other guests.

The kitchenette in our room at Element was a great addition, allowing us to prepare meals during our stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of choices, with the waffles topped with fruit and whipped cream being a favorite among everyone. The location of the hotel, close to major roadways and the mall, was also convenient.

Despite these minor setbacks, our overall experience at Element Edmonton West was positive. The room was modern and comfortable, the kitchenette was a great amenity, and the breakfast options were enjoyable.

Over the last Thanksgiving holidays, I spent time at a hotel and enjoyed a few things during my stay. the hotel gifted me with complementary snacks and drinks which were much appreciated. the hotel was located in a convenient spot which allowed me to access a range of nearby attractions with ease. Lastly, I liked the fact that the hotel had an enjoyable recreational facility with adequate equipment.

There were things I didn't enjoy during my stay. The beds and pillows were too soft which made sleeping uncomfortable.

There were issues with the window in one of the rooms, as it had a giant crack that needed attention.

I had a great value for my money at Element. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a bright and cheery atmosphere. The staff treated me incredibly well and made me feel welcomed.

The food for breakfast could be improved by allowing guests to cook their own french toast to avoid it being soggy.

We have already booked our next stay because we love it here more and more each time we visit.
