I can't recommend highly enough this hotel. The front desk staff and lounge staff were excellent. They were understanding and helpful during a difficult time, providing room service for our large group. Despite being an old facility, the hotel is in great shape thanks to the owners' commitment to maintenance. The staff were exceptional, professional, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a sit-down experience, unlimited buffet, and a variety of delicious options. Having a proper desk in the room made my working trip much easier. We will definitely book again.

The breakfast was surprisingly great, with many options and even a weekend buffet. the staff was very accommodating, allowing us to have a to-go breakfast since we couldn't bring our dog into the restaurant. the location was perfect for our trip with easy access to nearby businesses and parks. the room was spacious and comfortable with a cozy armchair that our puppy loved.

The shower was quite low, making it difficult for taller individuals, and there was no lighting on the toilet side of the bathroom. the lack of cleanliness behind furniture was noticeable when we had to search for a missing toy.

The hotel is conveniently located near West Edmonton Mall, making it a great choice for shopping and entertainment. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a coffee table and a desk. The included breakfast offers a variety of options, including a buffet on weekends and a small ordered breakfast on weekdays.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with leftover food in the fridge and garbage on the floor.

Excellent beds, quality linens, and complimentary coffee. Good size room with both a coffee table and a desk. Convenient location near West Ed, fast food restaurants, parks, and businesses. Fast and easy access to exit door.

The included breakfast was phenomenal! A real sit-down experience with wait staff, unlimited buffet, and lots of fresh fruit. It allowed us to eat a good meal before hitting the road. The bedding linens and towels were exceptionally comfortable and soft. The bed was so comfy, even better than our own bed! The pillows were super fluffy too. The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were very pleasant. Two housekeeping team members went above and beyond - Tanya and Ebie, thank you!

As young people, we really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the spacious and nice hotel. The bedding was super comfortable and the sheets and washrooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also good and they even accommodated our request for a late checkout. The hotel is conveniently located just 2km away from Edmonton West Mall. Highly recommended!

Felt spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location on the outskirts of the city makes driving and parking much easier compared to more congested areas. It is conveniently situated within a hotel village, just minutes away from the famous West Edmonton Mall and a variety of restaurants and stores. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Despite the rooms showing signs of aging and needing an overhaul, the overall experience is still pleasant.

Shower handle didn't work.

The hotel staff were exceptional, professional, and attentive. The maintenance of the facility is commendable. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff went out of their way to make me feel valued. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a convenient desk for working.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Hotel West! The beds were excellent, and the quality linens made for a comfortable night's sleep. The complimentary coffee and other amenities were a nice touch. We also appreciated the quality dog gifts that were geared to our pet's size. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was remarkable, from the well-maintained facilities to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist me. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the one with a wonderful window view where I could relax on the armchair. Lastly, the breakfast included was excellent, with freshly made dishes that were of great quality.
