I can't recommend highly enough this hotel. The front desk staff and lounge staff were excellent. They were understanding and helpful during a difficult time, providing room service for our large group. Despite being an old facility, the hotel is in great shape thanks to the owners' commitment to maintenance. The staff were exceptional, professional, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a sit-down experience, unlimited buffet, and a variety of delicious options. Having a proper desk in the room made my working trip much easier. We will definitely book again.

The breakfast was surprisingly great, with many options and even a weekend buffet. the staff was very accommodating, allowing us to have a to-go breakfast since we couldn't bring our dog into the restaurant. the location was perfect for our trip with easy access to nearby businesses and parks. the room was spacious and comfortable with a cozy armchair that our puppy loved.

The shower was quite low, making it difficult for taller individuals, and there was no lighting on the toilet side of the bathroom. the lack of cleanliness behind furniture was noticeable when we had to search for a missing toy.

The included breakfast was phenomenal! A real sit-down experience with wait staff, unlimited buffet, and lots of fresh fruit. It allowed us to eat a good meal before hitting the road. The bedding linens and towels were exceptionally comfortable and soft. The bed was so comfy, even better than our own bed! The pillows were super fluffy too. The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were very pleasant. Two housekeeping team members went above and beyond - Tanya and Ebie, thank you!

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location on the outskirts of the city makes driving and parking much easier compared to more congested areas. It is conveniently situated within a hotel village, just minutes away from the famous West Edmonton Mall and a variety of restaurants and stores. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Despite the rooms showing signs of aging and needing an overhaul, the overall experience is still pleasant.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory or exceeded expectations.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was remarkable, from the well-maintained facilities to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist me. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the one with a wonderful window view where I could relax on the armchair. Lastly, the breakfast included was excellent, with freshly made dishes that were of great quality.

No improvements needed, everything was just right.
