I absolutely loved the spacious lobby and the direct connection to the international airport. The rooms were fantastic, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel also had a great spa where I received an amazing deep tissue massage. a perfect place to stay if you need to be in direct touch with nature.

Staying near the airport is always convenient, but staying at this hotel is even better. We loved being able to walk straight to the terminal without worrying about traffic delays. The airport was clean and the private security scanning made checking in a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious choices. The room and bathroom were spotless, with cute toiletries and flight information available on the TV.

Although the hotel had plenty of amenities, there was one small detail missing - a bottle opener in the room. It's a small thing, but it would have been helpful for those thirsty moments after a long trip.

The hotel's bar staff even made the perfect Pina Colada, something we had been searching for all week. Plus, the hotel's location made it a convenient choice for flight connections.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The convenience of being right at the airport made our travels much easier. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome with a refreshing welcome drink. The room was very well equipped with all the amenities we needed like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and comfortable sitting area. We were pleasantly surprised with the soundproofed rooms that blocked out all the noise. The outdoor swimming pool was so relaxing and we enjoyed lounging under the sun umbrellas.

The location could not have been better! It was very convenient for our New Year's Eve stay as we could walk to the airport and avoid traffic. the pool was lovely and we enjoyed relaxing there all afternoon while waiting for our flight. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to a nearby shopping mall.

The room could have been cleaner. There was a bit of an unpleasant smell and the carpets looked a bit worn.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location near the airport. I had a smooth late-night arrival and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The pool looked inviting, although I didn't have a chance to try it. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The hotel's service also impressed me when they went above and beyond to transfer my daughter's small bag to our next hotel. I recommend this hotel for a stopover in Bali.
