Returning from a late flight, I appreciated the welcome drink and complimentary cookies. The pool area was serene but cozy. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to the day with numerous tasty options.

wow, I was expecting the top-tier service everyone raves about, but alas! took 25 minutes to be served at the rooftop bar, and I had to lug my 3 bags to my room myself, unreal! After all, a little red-carpet treatment would have gone a long way, then again, who am I kidding?

Air conditioning is subpar across different rooms!!! The ground floor rooms have outdated USB ports that are impractical!!! More drinking water should be provided to guests for ease during short stays!!!

Location is lit! Super close to the airport, so it’s perfect for late arrivals. Kind staff were always around, and the breakfast had a bunch of tasty options too. Big room, surprised by the size!

This place was a great match for strolling around in Kuta with high value for money. The staff went above and beyond, even bringing me a Bali souvenir when they noticed I had little time to shop. Look for the 'Airport Hotel' signs when arriving, it’ll save you some confusion.
