Cozy apartment with kitchen, 2 beds - one in bedroom, the other in cute alcove. Nice bathroom with tub. Working fireplace with option to purchase log. Courteous staff. Close to downtown, though uphill. Lovely grounds with plants and flowers.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is probably as quiet as any in this town, nestled on a steep cobblestone street. It is close to the cathedral and the staff is very friendly. The service and housekeeping were excellent, and we appreciated the laundry services. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a spacious sitting area, made our stay comfortable. The terrace and patio provided a lovely outdoor space to relax. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a plus, and we enjoyed the garden furniture provided. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they even provided a room heater.

This hotel is incredibly nice, with an array of facilities and activities available for guests. From a leisure solarium and sun terrace to a garden area and aqua park, there is something for everyone.

The complimentary gallon of drinking water provided on the first week of our stay was a nice touch. the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the center of town, but prepare to walk uphill. We also appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly for a fee and had a garden area for our furry friend to enjoy.

The kitchen was inadequately stocked with just one fry pan, two pots, and minimal cutlery. the water pressure in the shower was low and the temperature was often lukewarm.
