The service was exceptional, from the room service to the housekeeping. we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We had an amazing time at this hotel designed for kids! The wristbands as room keys and MagiQuest game were great ideas. The waterpark was fun, but the MagiQuest and PawPass were even better. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I had an amazing time at Great Wolf Lodge Waterpark Resort! The resort was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The water park was huge and had something for everyone. My room was spacious and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. We had a great view of the water park, but it wasn't noisy at all. The mini-fridge and microwave in the room were a nice convenience. The pizza and wings we ordered from the resort were reasonably priced and delicious.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this water park resort. First, we loved the convenience of having everything we needed under one roof. From the water park to the restaurants and activities, we didn't have to go far. Secondly, the staff was fantastic. They were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the resort was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a festive atmosphere.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. check-in took quite a long time, which was a bit frustrating.
