The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast selection was great, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located near shopping malls and the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and we enjoyed the spaciousness of our accommodations.

We had some issues with our room. We booked a room for five people, but we were given a room with only one bed and a sofa bed.

The hotel offered free parking and had a spacious and comfortable suite with two TVs. the kitchenette area was convenient with a microwave and a large fridge.

The TV channels were limited and there was no proper TV guide. the lack of crockery and cutlery was disappointing, as everything was disposable.

Sometimes, the noise level can get high, especially when guests with children are staying on the same floor.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and close to downtown. It was also within walking distance of the train station and just off the highway, making it very convenient for getting around. the breakfast at the hotel was really good and offered more than just the typical continental options. I also liked that they had coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby, it was a nice bonus perk.

One thing I found disappointing was that there was no safe in the room. It would have been nice to have a secure place to store valuables.

We were a big group of friends and we loved the spacious rooms with a work desk. The clean and spacious washroom with a great shower head was a plus. The hotel also provided a variety of breakfast options, including both hot and cold choices, and their coffee bar was excellent. The location was convenient, just a 15-20 minute drive from major malls and attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even opened a conference room for breakfast to accommodate our large group. the hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff was always ready to help.

Having coffee and tea available at all times was a big plus. The pool area was perfect for my daily swim. We are definitely returning next month!
