Friendly and accommodating staff made us feel welcome.

Upon arrival, I was frustrated to find the room uncomfortably cold, with no temperature control. The window being inoperable added to the discomfort. Additionally, noise from other guests echoed throughout the corridor, making it hard to relax and enjoy my stay. The sheets and pillows were below standard, giving me a restless night. This hotel didn’t meet any of my expectations and definitely needs attention on amenities and comfort.

lekker time in Miami Beach! 🌴

Location was stunning, right near the beach and buzzing Ocean Drive. Room was so spacious and comfy, even had a walk-in closet. The pool vibes were like an Italian summer, felt like a mini getaway!

Just a bit of noise from the air con, but wasn't too kak. Only a small thing against the great time we had.

Ja, no, the location is just lekka! Got my morning coffee and strolled to the beach in no time. The gas stoves by the pool made for some fun braai vibes! The staff was super helpful too, always ready to chat.

Walls are pretty thin, so if you're a light sleeper, it could be a bit of a jol with the noise.

tropics hotel is a little gem! it’s a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. the room was super clean and cute. the comfy bed made for great nights. plus, having a shared kitchen by the pool was awesome for cooking meals outside and mingling with other guests.
