We came to Grand Prairie for my eye surgery and stayed at Hampton Inn. The suite was perfect, with NYC-like decor. The linens, towels, and beds were top-notch. Andre at the front desk was attentive and efficient. The breakfast was awesome and a treat. The selection of pillows was a nice touch. Convenient plug-ins for electronics. a really good place to stay.

I had a great time visiting with my family and I really appreciated having this hotel as my retreat. the location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to the airport, making it easy for us to travel. Secondly, the staff at this hotel provided fantastic service. I was impressed by their attention to detail and their willingness to accommodate our needs, such as providing extra pillows and towels. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with basic amenities, including a microwave, which was really convenient for us.

Christmas vacation was great, but the hotel was a bit disappointing. the complimentary breakfast was really good and had a lot of options to choose from. the location was also convenient for accessing nearby attractions and shopping. the comfortable beds were a plus as well.

The noise level was really a problem. You could hear everything going on in the adjoining room and the traffic outside was really loud too.

The new hotel has a selection of pillows and conveniently located plug-ins for modern electronics. The towels are plentiful and the bedspread/duvet cover is regularly laundered. The hotel provides better quality shampoos, etc. than many others. Close to the airport.
