This hotel is a hidden gem with its waterfront location. We had a room with a marvelous view to Quadra Island, making our stay truly unforgettable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Our room was spacious and the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was a delightful surprise with the option to make our own omelettes. It was included in our rate, adding even more value to our stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the make-your-own omelets. We loved watching the tame deer right outside our balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even discounting our rate when there was an issue with smoke from a neighboring balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant seaside getaway.

Some guests noticed a strong deodorizer smell when checking in, although it dissipated later.

The value for money at Heron's Landing was great, the room was spacious with two bathrooms and a bonus third bed if needed. The location on the waterfront was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The furnishings could have been improved and the balcony door didn’t feel secure enough to sleep with open due to the first floor location. However, the room was still clean and cozy with a comfortable bed.
