I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and always went out of their way to assist us. They even helped us with a problem we had with our taxi and made sure we arrived at the airport on time and safely. the breakfast was exactly what we needed and varied each day. We also enjoyed the complimentary Mezze in the afternoon, which included delicious starters and drinks. the location was perfect, with all the main attractions within walking distance, and plenty of restaurants nearby. the Hamam experience was a highlight and it was great that it was free of charge.

The location is convenient to all attractions and the staff are exceptional, especially Neirion for their wonderful hospitality. The rooms are wonderful and the staff couldn't be more helpful. this hotel is truly exceptional and highly recommended for a stay in Istanbul.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. the hotel was spotlessly clean and had great sound barrier windows, making it very quiet. We were even upgraded to a balcony room, which allowed us to enjoy the view of the city. the facilities, including the Turkish bath, spa, sauna, and swimming pools, were exceptional. It truly felt like a home away from home for us. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.
