checked in at 3:25, yet my room wasn’t ready? one hour in the lobby, and dont get me started on the air conditioning, it was terrible! i expected a complimentary drink for the hassle, but i suppose i’m too special for that.

I had an excellent experience with friendly staff and an amazing rooftop pool that provided a lovely escape after long days exploring, and it's just a short stroll of about 500 meters to the breathtaking Casa Batllo, making it super easy to include this iconic spot in my city strolls.

the elevators were simply too small, it felt like sardines, and the breakfast hot plates were a disaster, barely keeping anything warm. i nearly forgot to mention that a complimentary gesture woudl ve been polite after all the hassle. it's almost like they forget who deserves special treatment here. easily almost left a good review, but just couldn't.
