Excellent customer service and attention to detail, like personalized greetings for special occasions. Great value for its central location. Amenities, such as the indoor pool and 24-hour room service, make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in central London for a few nights. The hotel was in a perfect location, had great transport links, and plenty of amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice aesthetic. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist my father, who has limited mobility, during his exhibition at the Oxo Gallery. The customer service and disabled facilities were excellent. The pool area was relaxing, and the surprise left for my son on his birthday was a special touch. an amazing hotel experience.

had a romantic date in london and hilton exceeded expectations. loved the location near tate modern and millennium bridge. comfortable bed, cozy apartment, and helpful staff made it a wonderful stay.

No gym or fitness facilities.

The interconnected family rooms were perfect for our stay, and the breakfast buffet was a major plus. The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautifully designed, new-looking hotel. Spacious rooms with king size beds, desk area, tea and coffee, fridge with complimentary drinks, rain shower. Room service preps room with towel on floor and water on bedside table. Promptly fixed hanging rail issue in wardrobe. Lovely surprise of complimentary bottle of wine.

Couldn't stay longer.

The bedroom was immaculately clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to popular attractions on Bankside, with Borough Market nearby and some great local pubs. It's also walking distance to Southwark station, making it easy to get anywhere. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable.

This hotel exceeded our luxury expectations with its exclusive amenities. the spacious and comfortable room fulfilled our needs, such as the blackout curtains and writing desk. the Executive lounge provided exceptional service and delicious food.

One minor issue we encountered in the spa area was having to book and pay in advance for treatments. It would be desirable to have a proper spa area with steam and sauna rooms.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good atmosphere, convenient location near pub and stores. Extraordinary breakfast with helpful staff. Real treat swimming pool, soft cosy beds, quiet. Good pool facility, small space but good food and drinks. Great addition of two rooms for families. Enjoyable stay, would return.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near a tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious, and we especially enjoyed dining on proper plates instead of disposable ones.

The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night was a bit disruptive.

My partner and I recently stayed at Hilton Bankside for the third time and once again had a fantastic experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the luxurious shower and bathroom were beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the 12pm checkout allowed us to enjoy our stay even longer. The location is perfect, and the spacious and comfortable room, along with the fantastic buffet breakfast, made our stay even more enjoyable. The room service was quick, and the staff were great. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic hotel with great service, quiet rooms, excellent location, and amazing breakfast. Extra comfy bed and friendly staff like Felipe made our stay memorable. Convenient to tube and walking distance to London Bridge station. Spacious room, pay-per-view options, and fantastic amenities like the swimming pool.

Located in a vibrant area with great connectivity to the city via Southwark station, this hotel provides a wonderful stay. The fantastic restaurant in Elephant & Castle offers a delectable dining experience, with dishes prepared by experienced chefs. The spacious room with exceptional facilities, along with clean bathrooms and friendly staff, make for a comfortable stay. Breakfast options are extensive and will set you up for the day. Guests can enjoy a lovely view from select rooms with amenities that suit every need.

Although the hotel experience is perfect for the most part, some of the desserts from room service can be too sweet to savour.

Spent Easter at a wonderful hotel. the staff was really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with two complementary Easter eggs. Perfectly located near a lot of good restaurants and a beautiful river. Really enjoyed the bar happy hour, it was fantastic!
