I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Saguenay. The location was ideal, with a parking lot available and being right in the heart of downtown Chicoutimi. The hotel itself was attractive, with a welcoming brick exterior and friendly, professional staff. The room was incredibly clean, well-appointed, and cozy, making for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the convenience of the elevator and the fact that a boxed breakfast was delivered to my room. The staff even went the extra mile by promptly delivering a toothbrush and toothpaste when I requested it. After enjoying breakfast, I took a lovely waterside walk in the nearby park, which served as the starting point for exploring the Saguenay Fjord.

The room at this hotel was cozy and well-appointed, with everything I needed including a fridge and coffee machine. the balcony overlooking the fjord was a great addition, even though it faced the car park. the bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water. the location of the hotel was excellent, with a park across the street where I could enjoy a waterside walk. the friendly and professional staff also delivered a boxed breakfast to my room which was a nice touch.

The shower in the room could definitely use some improvements. the water pressure was not great and the handle was not detachable, making it a bit difficult to use.

The room was recently renovated, which was a pleasant surprise. the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the room accessories made it convenient to prepare our clothes for evening events.

The water pressure was weak, and the detachable handle was difficult to use. It would have been nice if the shampoo container was easier to manipulate.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the rooms were spotless clean and had large balconies with beautiful views of the river and hills. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and a boardwalk alongside the river. Plus, the large parking lot guaranteed us a spot for our car.

We didn't like the fact that the hotel was in a drab part of town. Despite the clean rooms and great views, the decor was a bit outdated.
