We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location is fantastic, being in a very nice area, on a quieter street, in the Old Town. The service here was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and a welcome drink upon arrival. The staff gave us the best service and were very friendly throughout our stay. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with soundproofed rooms and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also excellent, with a dining restaurant and the option for in-room breakfast. This place also had a leisure spa & wellness center with a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation. The free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage were also very convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We had an amazing experience at this boutique-style hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to walk to all the popular sights, as well as enjoy fantastic restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start our day. The hotel had a cool old city feel, which added to our overall experience.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious and quiet room. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with finding a pharmacy for our CPAP machine late at night. The architecture of the hotel was beautiful, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the welcome note and the classical music playing when we arrived. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, with amenities like a large, deep bathtub and cozy robes. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The little touches, like cookies and unlimited bottled water, added a personal touch to our stay. The staff truly made us feel like royalty, and we will definitely be returning.
