This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable rates and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and had nice beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location is convenient for drivers, with easy access to the highway and close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and sporting events.

We were impressed with the complimentary shuttle service to the airport. When our flight was delayed, the staff allowed us to use the pool area and provided extra towels. Even though breakfast wasn't free, the food was fresh and there was good variety. we recommend staying here.

Best aspects were the breakfast buffet which included made to order items such as omelets, French toast, pancakes, and eggs made to order. the lobby was lovely, and the staff was friendly and hardworking. the location of the hotel was also convenient.

Worst aspects were the worn mattress on one side, making sleep quality disappointing. the shower and sink only had lukewarm water, which was not hot enough for a good bathing or shave.

I had a wonderful stay at a pet-friendly hotel during the Hurricane Evacuation. The hotel had a special dog-walk area with dog bags, making it convenient for pet owners. I was able to comfortably stay with my family, two children, and two dogs. The breakfast staff was kind and accommodating, and our housekeeper provided excellent service. I had a positive experience despite the minor inconvenience of not being able to walk through the lobby or use the elevator with our dogs. I highly recommend this hotel for a pet-friendly stay.

The pillows and mattress were not the most comfortable, and the sleeper sofa was not up to par. The pillows for the sleeper sofa had no cases, which was a bit unpleasant.
