Friendly and helpful staff, especially for honeymooners. Ideal for couples, with sister resort nearby for families. Superb dining options, including excellent lobster tail and prime rib. Would definitely return.

We had a delightful stay at Papagayo Beach. The proximity to the beaches and the sea made it a perfect location for a beach lover like me. The great party atmosphere at the beach bar almost every night added to the fun and excitement of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel. It is situated right on Jan Thiel beach, which is perfect for those of us who prefer a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere. The beach facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed spending our days lounging by the salt-water infinity pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We were also impressed with the spacious and comfortable rooms, which had stunning views of the ocean. Additionally, the WiFi was reliable and had good reception even on the beach.

While this venue is adults-only, families may also enjoy their stay here due to the beautiful beach and pool facilities.

The hotel has great amenities such as a gym and a supermarket nearby. The beach was very enjoyable and had a private pool section. the staff was helpful and friendly.

The lighting in the rooms could be better. The housekeeping service needs to improve and provide more essentials such as glasses and slippers.
