I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service provided by the front desk staff at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like I was a VIP guest. Michelle, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and even helped me extend my stay. The level of attentiveness and professionalism demonstrated by the staff was truly commendable. It is clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the satisfaction of their guests.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was exceptionally satisfying. No improvements necessary.

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the excellent gym and convenient pool. The hotel also offered a free load of laundry, which was a great help. The location was ideal for accessing the beltway and it was just minutes away from my nephew's house where we attended a surprise party.

There were several negative aspects to my stay. there was a lack of drinking water available at the hotel, and the staff couldn't provide an estimate for when it would be available.

The shower pressure was great, and the AC worked perfectly. The hotel also had a fantastic gym and a convenient pool. The ability to do a free load of laundry was a major plus. this newer facility provided excellent value for the cost.

They were engaging, helpful, and made us feel like valued guests. the staff at Four Points By Sheraton Houston West made our stay enjoyable and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location, although not ideal for Houston hotspots, offers a quiet and safe environment. Additionally, the value for money is excellent, especially if you're here on business.

Breakfast is a bit pricey, at $20 per person for a buffet that's on par with regular complimentary hotel breakfasts.

The service at this hotel was outstanding, from the friendly and efficient staff who always went above and beyond, to the prompt addressing of any maintenance issues. the pool and spa were well-maintained and the gym had all the necessary equipment. the restaurant and bar were nicely decorated and the service was exceptional.

The TV in the room was not great, with a noticeable delay when changing channels. the WiFi also had some issues, especially for corporate users who needed secure connections.
