I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vacances in Tremblant. The location was very convenient, with major supermarkets nearby and just a short 15-minute drive to Tremblant ski village. The room I stayed in was clean and well-appointed, with a spacious loft and kitchenette. The hotel was also nicely heated, and I was able to easily control the temperature. I particularly enjoyed the cozy electric fireplace in the room. The person who checked me in was friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The package we got included complementary chocolates and a bottle of wine which was very nice. the hotel was located near some good restaurants and bars which was convenient. We also liked having a balcony to sit on and enjoy some fresh air.

Our stay was not what we were expecting. the room was not very clean and it seemed like housekeeping had not done their job properly.

The staff were friendly, and our spacious room had a full-size kitchen with all the necessary utensils. It was self-sufficient, and we didn't need to call for any cleaning or changes. The cleaning ladies took good care of us each day, and the on-site pub had a great selection of beers. Plus, there were 3 supermarkets within walking distance.
